Position: Junior Recruiter
Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Confidence in speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes is an advantage.
