Junior Production Operator

Job Title: Production Operator – Lithium-ion Battery (Electric Aviation)

Experience: Experience in lithium-ion battery assembly or high-precision electronics manufacturing

Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)

Required Skills & Competencies

* Minimum 3 months experience in lithium-ion battery assembly, preferably in aerospace, defence, or high-precision industries.

* Strong knowledge of cell handling safety, high-voltage safety, and flammability control.

* Skilled in using torque-controlled tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical testers.

* Strong focus on quality, safety, and reliability.

* Ability to work in controlled environments and meet tight aerospace-level tolerances*.

*Work Environment*

* Cleanroom or controlled assembly environment with strict access protocols.

* Mandatory PPE — safety gloves, safety glasses, cleanroom attire.

* Standing/manual work for extended periods, handling delicate components with extreme care.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹10,475.48 - ₹20,237.21 per month
