You are seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Manager with a solid D2C background to take charge of and optimize campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more. If you are data-driven, growth-oriented, and proficient at maximizing ROI from ad spend, we are excited to welcome you to our team. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing high-budget performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and other digital channels. It will be essential for you to continuously monitor and refine campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics and making necessary adjustments to bids, target audiences, and creatives to enhance efficiency. Your focus will be on managing campaigns with a clear ROI-driven approach to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum returns. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to fine-tune ad targeting strategies. Staying informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices will be crucial to keep our campaigns competitive. You will also need to conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness, as well as provide insights through data analysis and reporting, offering recommendations for future campaign enhancements. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing for a D2C brand. Demonstrated expertise in managing monthly ad budgets of 8L+ with a focus on ROI optimization is required. Proficiency in SEO principles and in-depth knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc., will be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with creative and content teams. Hands-on experience in ad creation, copywriting, and audience testing will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technical, or a related field is required, and an MBA is considered a plus.
