Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive candidate to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations through CRM, of the digital marketing team, and ensure smooth execution of tasks across different areas. You will be responsible for data management, client communication, and AI tool usage to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle daily operations: Manage data entry, for various projects.

● Excel Management: Work extensively with Microsoft Excel to organize data.

● Client Record Maintenance: Keep client records and project details up to date, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in performance tracking.

● Proficient in AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) to streamline tasks, enhance productivity, and ensure accuracy in deliverables..

● Client & Team Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients via email, chat, and calls, maintaining professional and timely interactions.

● Continuous Learning: Regularly update your knowledge of digital marketing concepts and explore new tools to enhance performance and workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1-2 years of experience in operations, with a focus on data management and client interaction.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management, reporting.

● Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) for internal coordination and client communication.

● AI-savvy: Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and other advanced platforms to improve efficiency and productivity.

● Hardworking, energetic, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all deliverables.

● Basic understanding of digital marketing processes and a willingness to stay updated with new tools and trends.
