Junior Officer - Electricals

You will be responsible for achieving electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. This includes preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audit requirements, determining system improvements, and implementing changes. Additionally, you will provide electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets, including the energy management system for lighting, security gates, security console, and mail conveyor system. You will be tasked with monitoring and supervising the plant and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition. This involves preparing employee shift schedules and adhering to guidelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining supplies inventory by checking electrical material stock, determining inventory levels, and anticipating needed supplies. As part of your role, you will keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs. Inventory control will be crucial, involving standardization for spares and PR control for optimum inventory. You will be responsible for planning major shutdowns in accordance with the production plan and requirements. This includes shutdown activity planning for duration and resources required. Adherence to safety standards is paramount, ensuring that all safety rules per OHSAS and EMS are followed for personnel, machinery, and materials.,
