Junior Motion Graphics Designer

As a Motion Designer and Video Editor at Grapes, you will be responsible for designing and animating graphics, videos, and short-form content for social media and digital platforms. Your role will involve creating motion graphics with smooth transitions, visual effects, and platform-specific edits, ensuring that all visual content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and campaign objectives. Collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to develop fresh visual ideas is a key aspect of this position. You will work on multiple briefs and deliver high-quality work on time with attention to detail. To be successful in this role, you should have 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in motion design and video editing. Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential, while knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is considered a plus. Familiarity with AI tools like Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, and Kaiber or a willingness to learn them is desirable. A basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design for motion is required. Additionally, being aware of social media content formats and trends will be beneficial for this position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with feedback and fast turnarounds are also essential qualities for this role.
