Job Description : Medical Coding

Job Shift:

Responsibilities•     Verify extracted hospital tariff data (room types, procedures, pricing, etc.) against original scanned documents.•     

Identify and correct mismatches or missing data, escalate unclear entries to QC2.•     Ensure compliance with QC checklists and daily throughput targets.•     Maintain audit logs of all corrections and updates.•     

Adhere to information security policies (NDA, secure systems usage).Skills & Qualifications•     Graduate (any stream).•     

1–3 years of experience in data entry, document validation, or healthcare billing preferred.•     High attention to detail and accuracy.•     

Proficiency in MS Excel (filters, lookups, data validation).•     

Strong focus, ability to work under SLAs and deadlines.•     

Must clear background verification and NDA compliance.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)•     

First-pass accuracy > 98%.•     

Rework rate < 1%.•     

Daily throughput as per SLA.
