Job Summary

Viswa Group is looking for a Junior Logistics & Customer Service Executive with 1-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics companies. The candidate will support shipment operations, customer communication, and documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments.
• Communicate with customers, shipping lines, transporters, and agents.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Prepare shipping documents such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic operational issues.
• Maintain shipment records and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Logistics companies.
• Basic knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred

• Immediate to 30 days notice period.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
