Role: Junior IT Support Executive

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs.

Job Location: Coimbatore/Perundurai

Salary: As per industry Standard.

Job Requirements:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system backups.
• Support end-users with technical problems, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting solutions.
• Monitor system performance and report any issues or irregularities.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications And Skills:

• B.SC Comp.Sc/IT
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
• Experience with helpdesk software or ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and best practices.
