Junior Home Textile Designer

As a Junior Textile Designer at RUSTIQUE LINENS, you will play a crucial role in creating and developing textile prints, embroidery designs, rotary and digital print designs, and graphics that resonate with the brand's aesthetics. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the production team, conducting material and trend research, creating digital and manual sketches, and ensuring all designs meet production standards and timelines. Your attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of textile design principles will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create and develop textile prints, embroidery designs, rotary and digital print designs, and graphics - Collaborate with the production team to ensure design alignment with production standards - Conduct material and trend research to stay updated with industry innovations - Generate digital and manual sketches for design concepts - Ensure all designs meet production timelines Qualifications: - Knowledge and experience in Embroidery and Textile Prints - Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation - Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator - Strong understanding of Textiles and fabric properties - Excellent creativity and design skills - Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines - Experience with digital design tools and software - Attention to detail and a passion for home textiles Please note that the salary range for this position is 3-5 LPA.
