As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of our design team. Your role will involve assisting in creating various digital and print design materials, supporting senior designers, maintaining brand aesthetics, editing images, and collaborating with different teams to deliver visually compelling assets. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their design careers to grow in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating digital and print design materials like social media graphics, brochures, posters, and presentations. - Support senior designers in executing visual concepts and design solutions. - Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all projects. - Edit and retouch images when necessary. - Prepare final artwork files for both print and digital publishing. - Collaborate with other teams to understand project goals and deliver visually appealing assets. - Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques. Requirements: - 02 years of design experience, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. - Strong understanding of visual design principles like layout, typography, and color theory. - Portfolio reflecting creative thinking and technical skills. - Ability to receive feedback positively and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. - A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is a plus. In addition to the job details, please note that this position is full-time and permanent, suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include paid time off, and the work location is in person with a day shift and weekend availability schedule.
