Junior Graphic Designer

As a Design Lead at Supertails, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of the brand. Your core mandate includes: - Building modular design systems that scale across 20+ teams - Leading visual thinking from brief to rollout - Integrating generative AI into smart, daily design workflows - Maintaining quality, tightening turnaround time, and inspiring the team In addition, you will be responsible for: - Designing cross-channel frameworks that bring the brand to life - Creating scalable components, tokens, and guidelines - Unifying the experience across platform, campaigns, clinics, packaging & performance Your role will also involve identifying use cases for automation & generative design, exploring tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Canva Studio, etc., and championing an internal culture of Design x AI experimentation and upskilling. As a creative leader, you will define the visual direction for marquee campaigns & products, lead learning sessions, shape junior & senior talent, and review and raise quality across various design elements. Collaboration with stakeholders from different teams will be key, as you co-own KPIs with Category, Product, Healthcare & Retention teams, and partner with Designers, Brand Managers, Copywriters & Motion Artists to bring ideas to life while aligning brand intent with platform execution. Success in this role will be reflected in: - Target backed assets week on week that look like one brand - CTR, CVR, NPS uplifts across campaigns - On-time sprints with <5% rework - Audit-ready Figma systems and naming hygiene - A happier, sharper, more future-ready design team You will work on various aspects including design systems, IC work, automation, creative QA, and team uplift. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that balances systemic thinking with brand flair, be strong across layout, motion, typography, and platform principles, hands-on with AI tools, and possess collaborative, curious, and self-driven qualities.
