Junior Graphic Designer AI-Enhanced Ad Design

Staying updated on visual trends from direct-to-consumer (DTC), ecommerce, and influencer-led brands will be essential for this role. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and a basic understanding of AI art tools is required. A strong passion for understanding how creative decisions impact ad performance and experience in adapting designs for A/B testing and ad iterations are also key qualifications.
