Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, equipment, and assembly stations as per SOPs and work instructions.
• Carry out assembly, testing, inspection, packing, and material handling activities.
• Maintain production targets related to quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Follow 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use prescribed PPE.
• Perform in-process quality checks and immediately report defects or abnormalities.
• Support line changeovers, preventive maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and report machine breakdowns, safety hazards, and quality concerns.
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Shift working, Canteen & Transport facility is available.
