Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in the Cardiology, Thoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) departments at Kailash Hospital, Noida. Assist senior doctors during surgeries, procedures, and rounds to ensure smooth functioning of hospital operations. Maintain accurate records of patient data, test results, and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and share knowledge with colleagues. Ensure effective communication with patients' families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. Desired Candidate Profile MBBS degree from a recognized institution. 1-5 years of experience as an RMO or equivalent role in CTVS. Strong understanding of cardiac surgery techniques, vascular interventions, ICU management principles. Excellent clinical skills with ability to work independently under pressure. Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (EMRs).
