Junior Designer Print & Artwork

You are being sought after for the role of a Junior Designer specializing in Print & Artwork. Your expertise in print design and artwork creation will be crucial for this position, as you will be responsible for developing layouts, packaging, collaterals, brochures, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Even if you have a background in DTP, your quickness, reliability, and proficiency with design tools are highly valued. Your main responsibilities will involve producing print-ready artwork for various media formats, adapting creative assets to meet production specifications, collaborating closely with design and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, and ensuring precision in layouts, color specifications, dielines, bleeds, and print guidelines. Additionally, maintaining organized design files for easy access and revisions will be part of your routine tasks. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW, possess knowledge of print production standards and file preparation, have a sharp eye for typography, alignment, and layout balance, and be familiar with die-cut artworks, color correction, and basic pre-press processes. Ideally, you will have at least 12 years of experience in a design studio, creative agency, or printing setup. Prior experience as a DTP artist or in a print-focused design role will be advantageous. Moreover, any expertise in packaging design or signage layouts, ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure, and a structured approach to tasks with a willingness to learn will be considered as additional assets.
