Junior Designer

Role Overview: As a member of Cond Nast India, your role involves executing the design and art strategy to align with the editorial strategy set by the Art Director. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing Print Layouts and Digital collaterals for various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and produce Print Layouts and Digital collaterals including newsletters, websites, digital/social media creatives, web banners, and promotional campaigns. - Conduct photo research, select images, and curate imagery effectively. - Deliver real-time designs for social media platforms to engage the audience on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. - Generate original designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles and design aesthetics for the web. - Collaborate with the Editorial and Marketing team to determine visuals and layout design. - Provide creative support for shoots, visual presentations, and other ad hoc requests. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Design/Arts. Additional Details: Cond Nast is a global media company known for producing high-quality content across various brands and platforms. Functional Competencies: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw, Illustrator. - Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere. - Technical knowledge of web-based technologies such as Abode, HTML, Flash. - Strong awareness of current industry trends.
