Junior Creative Writer

As a Creative Writing Intern at Illumora, a mental health institution in Bangalore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to two book projects that aim to blend knowledge, storytelling, and creativity to reach a wider audience. Your main responsibility will be to shape, refine, and polish the manuscripts provided to you, with the chance to be credited as a Co-Author or Assistant Author upon publication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work in-office at Koramangala, 4 days a week with flexible timings. - Collaborate with the lead creator to refine and complete two manuscripts. - Expand, polish, and structure provided content. - Edit drafts, apply feedback, and meet project deadlines. **Qualifications:** - Strong creative writing and editing skills. - Ability to adapt tone and flow to fit project needs. - Detail-oriented, collaborative, and receptive to feedback. - Submission of previous work/writing samples (any kind of writing will be considered). The compensation and benefits include official credit as Co-Author or Assistant Author, hands-on publishing experience with mentorship, guidance, and flexible office timings.
