The Cinnamon Kitchen is a fast-growing, gluten-free snacking brand focused on creating healthy, tasty, and innovative food products. We are looking for a creative Copywriter who can craft compelling content that connects with our audience and strengthens our brand voice across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, websites, landing pages, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, catchy headlines, taglines, captions, and product descriptions.
• Create compelling brand stories and product-focused content that communicates our brand's value proposition.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and social media teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Write ad copies for paid marketing campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and conversions.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all communication channels.
• Research industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience preferences to develop relevant content.
• Proofread and edit copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
• Optimize copy based on campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or creative writing.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and brand communication.
• Ability to write creative, concise, and conversion-focused copy.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with D2C, FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
