Junior Copywriter

MillD is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Copywriter to craft compelling brand communication across social media, ads, blogs, packaging, and emails.

The ideal candidate must have strong writing skills, a knack for creating clear and persuasive copy, and a passion for storytelling. The role involves working closely with the content, design, and performance marketing teams to develop engaging copy that reflects the brand’s voice, connects with the audience, and drives action while growing in a fast-paced food brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy across formats — social media posts, ad creatives, product descriptions, packaging, landing pages, and email campaigns

Research, write, and edit blogs that inform, engage, and build our brand authority

Develop concepts and hooks for performance ads (Meta, Google) in collaboration with the performance marketing team

Adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audiences while keeping the brand voice consistent

Collaborate with designers and video teams to pair copy with visuals that work together

Proofread and edit your own and others’ work for grammar, clarity, and brand accuracy

Keep up with trends, competitor messaging, and what’s working in the food and wellness space

Turn feedback into stronger drafts quickly and take ownership of deadlines

Requirements

1–3 years of copywriting or content writing experience (brand, agency, or in-house)

Strong command of both English and Hindi — able to write naturally and persuasively in both languages

A portfolio or samples showing range across short-form and long-form writing.

Solid grasp of grammar, tone, and storytelling.

Ability to write for digital — social, ads, blogs, and web.

Comfortable working across multiple projects and tight timelines.

Curious, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
