Responsibilities Collaborate with the Marketing team to run organic social campaigns and report social performance to build brand awareness and engagement. Copywrite captions for social resharing posts. Oversee day-to-day management of social calendar and scheduling in HubSpot. Regularly post text, images, and rich media to build our presence and engagement. Use design templates to create social media visuals. Embed the right hashtags in social copies to maximize post reach. Build website heatmap reports for our five business units and conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user behavior to produce a high-level summary for marketing leadership. Support Marketing team prepare website and SEO reports monthly and quarterly reports using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Clarity. Keep up to date on B2B digital marketing trends, tricks, and tools. Support creative copywriting for various kinds of marketing campaigns including but not limited to Google ads, Follower ads, Video ads, Thought leadership ads and much more. Take on SEO edits for a variety of business lines. Write compelling meta descriptions enticing more clicks to the website. Propose ideas to bolster marketing campaign effectiveness. Optimize copies/captions for A/B testing. Lead the monthly social sharing campaign, prepare a repost/reshare report, conduct a social sharing drawing, and announce the in-house winner. Candidate Profile 0.5-2 years of experience in marketing specifically in copywriting / content marketing. (must) Ability to write engaging social media and google ad copies in the voice of the brand. (must) A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or PR is highly desired. (must) Foundational knowledge of excel. LinkedIn paid campaigns experience is preferable but not mandatory. SEO and Google ad writing experience are preferred but not mandatory. Working knowledge of the marketing funnel and inbound marketing methodology.
