Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of questionnaires & documentation requests received from customers (Export Domestic).

2. Preparation of supporting audit documents for BRC, Kosher, Halal, Fairtrade, Organic, RA & BIS.

3. Updating the stock details & data entry in Online certification portals

4. Flow goods stock register Preparation and verification with stores

5. preparation of COA and document preparation for audits

6. Preparation of invoices related to certification audits, external lab reports and processing payments

7. Updating the certification details and batch details in ERP.

8. GMP audit documents collection from all units and maintain the records

10.Pest Control Quarterly documents verification

11.Verification of Periodic calibration records

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: B.sc (Food Technology)/B. Tech (Food Technology)/ M.sc(Food Technology)

Analytical, Good Communication with respective sections, adoption of new methods, and implementation of new systems as per the requirement of HODs from time to time.
