Junior CAD Designer

As a 3D Modeler in our team, you will work closely with staff members to develop detailed 3D models of proposed layouts. Your primary responsibility will involve translating 2D concepts into visually appealing 3D renderings and animations. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and revising detailed 2D plans, elevations, and 3D perspective views using CAD software. Your role will also require you to collaborate with inspectors to ensure that all designs meet local building codes and regulations. You will play a crucial part in coordinating with the general contractor and other stakeholders to manage scheduling and product delivery effectively. Maintaining open communication with the project management team, architects, engineers, homeowners, and subcontractors will be essential for the successful completion of projects. In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be required to perform various other duties as assigned, including periodic reviews of drawings and specifications. Please note that this position is suitable for experienced individuals with a background in Civil Engineering.
