Business Development

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our IT staff augmentation services.
• Identify potential customers and generate business leads.
• Communicate with professionals and business decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospective clients and assist in scheduling business meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions.

IT Talent Sourcing

• Search for IT professionals using LinkedIn, job portals, and other online platforms.
• Identify candidate profiles that match client requirements.
• Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support candidate submissions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or fresher from any academic discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
• Interest in sales, business development, recruitment, or technology services.
• Basic computer proficiency and online research skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage follow-ups.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
