About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in international business development within the AEC industry, supporting client outreach and lead generation across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities across international AEC markets.
• Support email outreach and cold-calling activities to generate leads.
• Build, maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records.
• Follow up with prospective clients and coordinate meetings for senior team members.
• Assist in preparing lead generation and business development reports.
• Research industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
• Work closely with senior team members to understand client requirements and communicate the company's services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing or business development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office, email communication and CRM tools.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn.
• Interest in international markets and client relationship management

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
