Junior Architectural Designer

As a Junior Architect with our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and experience in architectural design and innovation. You will be instrumental in contributing to the planning, conceptualization, and execution of diverse residential and commercial projects. Collaboration with clients will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring that their vision is translated into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs while adhering to technical standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models - Support senior architects in concept development and design presentations - Prepare working drawings and coordinate with structural and MEP teams - Conduct site visits to understand site conditions and assist in implementation - Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations - Contribute to material selection, detailing, and design documentation - Prepare basic BOQs and presentation materials - Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.Arch degree from a recognized university - Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building construction - Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit - Strong creativity and a good eye for design details - Ability to interpret and develop architectural plans - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to visit and learn from live project sites In addition to the challenging and rewarding responsibilities of the role, you will enjoy benefits such as health insurance and life insurance.
