Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at our company based in Gurugram, your role will involve supporting the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction under the guidance of senior architects. You will have the opportunity for terrific growth potential, hands-on exposure, and working in a collaborative environment with real responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in preparing architectural designs, concepts, sketches, and schematic drawings. - Produce 2D drawings and 3D models/renderings using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar. - Prepare presentation materials for clients (renderings, visualizations, mood boards). - Assist in preparing construction documents, working drawings, specifications. - Conduct site visits, take measurements, gather data, and ensure designs align with site constraints. - Research building codes, zoning regulations, material specifications, and safety standards. - Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors as required, under supervision. - Ensure designs are compliant with local laws/regulations, sustainable practices. - Help in project coordination, timelines, and deliverables tracking. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. - Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience (architectural firm, design studio). - Proficiency in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Ability to create accurate drawings and models, with a strong attention to detail. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory environment. - Self-motivated, ability to work under deadlines, willingness to learn. - Team player; ability to take direction but also contribute ideas. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, we offer a competitive salary in the range of 35,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
