JUNIOR ARCHITECT

As a Junior Architect at our design team, you will be responsible for supporting senior architects in preparing drawings, 3D models, and design documentation. Your role will involve assisting in developing architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing presentation materials, renderings, and concept boards, participating in site surveys and project documentation, and coordinating with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project details are aligned. It will be your responsibility to ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations, organize construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications, attend project meetings, and contribute design input and technical feedback. Moreover, staying updated with sustainable design trends and architectural innovations will be essential in this role. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university - 02 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or design studio - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite - Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods - Strong design sense, visualization, and presentation skills Desired Attributes: - Detail-oriented and eager to learn - Good communication and collaboration skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - A strong sense of design aesthetics and spatial awareness Please note that the job type for this position is full-time and the work location is in person.,
