Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect with 2-4 years of experience in architectural design and drafting, your role will involve developing architectural projects from concept to completion. You should possess strong design skills, proficiency in architectural software, and a keen eye for detail. Working closely with clients and project teams, you will deliver high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Developing architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models. - Preparing conceptual and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software. - Conducting site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies. - Collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility. - Managing a team of 3D visualizers and draughtsmen. - Researching materials and building codes. - Preparing presentations and project reports for client meetings. - Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's in Architecture (M.Arch). - 2-4 years of experience in architectural design and drafting. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion. - Strong design and visualization skills. - Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Experience in working on residential projects.
