Junior Architect

As an Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of the architectural design process. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in conceptual design development, creating 2D and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, and developing detailed drawings and construction documents. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior architects and consultants to ensure project alignment, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and participate in site visits to document project progress. You will be tasked with preparing architectural presentations with renderings and mood boards, utilizing software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for high-quality visualizations. Ensuring technical compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines, as well as assisting in bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation and material selection, will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in client meetings, collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and vendors, and work closely with a dynamic team that values creativity, sustainability, and excellence. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent, with 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome). Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and Enscape is essential. Strong design sense, attention to detail, knowledge of materials and construction techniques, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are also key requirements. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), an interest in AI-integrated architectural solutions, and familiarity with VR/AR tools for architecture.
