Junior Analyst, Procurement, Logistics & Sales Solutions

Your role at Magna will involve the following responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day SAP user support through the service ticket system. - Demonstrate knowledge of Magna's practices. - Track time and document according to Magna Global IT standards. - Understand the processes and functionalities set for different groups/divisions/plants of Magna APAC. - Collaborate with the template team of EU, SAP AMS EU/NA for global support. - Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, and support roll-out projects. - Coordinate with external consultants (Customers & Suppliers) and internal team members. - Identify feasible solutions within the SAP framework and estimate the effort required to meet business requirements. - Design practical, creative, and conceptual technical solutions for business needs, considering technology, cost, and implementation timeline. - Foster a positive work environment by sharing functional/technical knowledge and contributing to a high morale/high-performance team culture. - Ensure timely billing of projects and changes. - Collaborate closely with other solution teams such as MES/B2B for system integration projects. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Over 3 years of SAP MM/SD experience with basic PP knowledge. - Proficiency in English communication. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in at least two SAP full cycle projects as an MM/SD consultant. - MM module experience with supplier systems like B2B platform/SRM/Ariba or E-Catalog using EDI for data transfer and synchronization. - SD module experience with Indian localization such as GST, ODN, E-Invoice solutions as per SAP standards. - Experience with SAP JIT/JIS solution for the auto industry is advantageous. - Preferred experience in the Automotive Industry. Your preferred qualifications include: - Exceptional performance and organizational skills. - Ability to collaborate with users and conduct workshops effectively. - Basic knowledge of the PP module and understanding of the integration process. - Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred. - Skill in SAP ABAP is a bonus.
