Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day
bookkeeping and accounting operations
for US-based clients
Record and reconcile
bank and credit card transactions
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
processes
Assist with
monthly closings
, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Prepare and organize
financial reports
under supervision
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity
Support senior accountants with ad-hoc accounting and compliance tasks
Work with accounting software such as
QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar
Follow internal SOPs and client-specific accounting guidelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
02 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to meet deadlines and manage routine tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn US accounting standards and processes

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to
US accounting or real estate accounting
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Internship or prior experience in an accounting role
