Role & responsibilities Maintaining detailed records of service interactions and process outcomes using relevant CRM, Excel and workflow tools Work with team members to implement advanced service planning, resource allocation, and process improvements for greater operational efficiency Support service follow-ups and proactive outreach to ensure issues are resolved and elevate customer satisfaction levels. Help analyze customer feedback and service data to guide improvements focused on satisfaction. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, warranty, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless support and aftersales service delivery. Preparing reports on service KPIs and departmental results for management reviews Assist in the administration and optimization of aftersales processes, such as complaint management, warranty case handling, and service schedule coordination. Willing to travel to high Altitude area. Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain Service documentation Review travel bills of service team Coordinate with internal teams for Spare parts transfer to Field locations Team Collaboration: Participate cross functional team meetings, providing input, updates on field issues and implement solutions relevant for After sales and service.
