Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and a strong understanding of design principles and software.

As a Graphic Designer, you will support senior designers in creating compelling visuals for both print and digital platforms. This includes packaging design, artwork creation, and understanding the print production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing graphics for digital and print media
• Create packaging designs and prepare artwork files for production
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative idea generation
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Support with layout, typography, and image editing
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments
• Troubleshoot and solve design-related challenges
• Prepare and finalize files for print and digital use

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography
• Basic knowledge of packaging and print processes
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially packaging
