Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for visual storytelling. You’ll support the team in creating visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media (social media, ads, brochures, websites, presentations, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and execute design solutions.
• Edit and retouch images as needed.
• Maintain and update design assets and templates.
• Prepare and deliver final graphics in appropriate formats for publication or printing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
• A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of UI/UX design or tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Basic video editing or animation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
