Jr. Graphic Designer

You will be part of a dynamic design team as a Junior Graphic Designer, where your creativity and attention to detail will be put to use. Your main responsibility will involve creating visually appealing assets for both digital and print media, ensuring that they align with our brand's style guidelines and make a strong visual impact. Working closely with senior designers, marketers, and other team members, you will collaborate to brainstorm and execute design solutions that meet our project requirements. In addition to creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts, you will also be responsible for image editing and retouching as needed. It will be crucial for you to maintain design assets and templates, ensuring that they are up to date and ready for use. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential, with knowledge of After Effects being a bonus. A solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition will be key to your success, along with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset. You will also need to demonstrate good time management skills, as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices will be crucial to ensure that your designs remain fresh and relevant. A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity will be required to support your application. While not mandatory, familiarity with UI/UX design concepts or tools like Figma or Sketch, basic video editing or animation skills, and knowledge of social media platforms and content formats would be advantageous.
