Jr. Executive HR / HR Executive

Key Responsibilities – HR Executive

• HR Operations: Handling day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, records and joining/exit formalities.
• Recruitment Coordination: Coordinating candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups and onboarding.
• HRMS Management: Creating employee entries, updating employee records and maintaining data in HR software.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitoring attendance, maintaining leave records, following up on discrepancies and preparing reports.
• Employee Relations: Addressing routine employee queries and facilitating coordination with employees and departmental heads.
• Employee Engagement: Coordinating employee engagement, birthday celebrations, welfare initiatives and organisational events.
• Training Coordination & Facilitation: Coordinating and facilitating training activities, including scheduling, employee communication, participant coordination, attendance and training records.
• HR MIS & Reporting: Maintaining HR trackers, preparing periodic reports and sharing updates with the Head – HR.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
