JOB DESCRIPTION

Way For Sky is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive who can manage social media, create engaging content, edit videos using AI-powered tools, generate leads, and support the company's digital growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI Video Editing: Create and edit engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, and marketing videos using AI-powered editing tools.
• Content Creation: Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, and content for social media platforms.
• Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media accounts.
• Social Media Analytics: Monitor reach, engagement, views, followers, and campaign performance; prepare regular reports.
• SEO: Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, website content optimisation, and basic SEO activities.
• Graphic Designing: Create posters, advertisements, thumbnails, social media creatives, and promotional designs.
• Lead Generation: Support lead generation through social media campaigns and other online channels.
• Lead Management: Track incoming leads, maintain databases, update lead status, and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Content Scheduling: Plan and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
• Performance Improvement: Analyse results and suggest ways to improve engagement, reach, and lead conversions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good knowledge of AI video editing and content creation tools.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Knowledge of graphic designing and creative development.
• Understanding of digital lead generation and lead management.
• Good knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics is an advantage.
• Creativity, time management, and willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with practical skills and a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Koramangala, Bangalore.

SALARY: 18,000 - 22,000

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED.
