Job Description
PROP TIMES is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital advertising, social media marketing, ad creative development, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on *Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)* and *Google Ads*.- Design engaging ad creatives, social media posts, reels, and promotional content.- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.- Generate quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.- Use *AI prompting tools* such as ChatGPT to create content, ad copies, campaign ideas, and marketing strategies.- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad budgets, and improve lead generation results.- Develop and maintain social media content calendars.- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.- Collaborate with the sales team to support real estate marketing campaigns.Required Skills:✅ Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram advertising✅ Google Ads – Search, Display & lead generation campaigns✅ Ad Creative Designing – Canva or other creative design tools✅ AI Prompting – ChatGPT and AI-powered content creation tools✅ Social Media Marketing – Content planning, posting, engagement & analytics

Eligibility Criteria
- *Experience:* 6 months to 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience (mandatory).- *Certification:* Must have completed a Digital Marketing Certification course.- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.- Ability to create engaging advertising creatives and content.- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.- Good communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.- Candidates with experience in lead generation campaigns will be preferred.
