Jr Architect (Retail & Commercial)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn and develop in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and executing architectural projects, including engaging in exciting commercial and sustainable design initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include assisting senior architects in developing architectural concepts, schematic designs, and construction documentation. You will also support the team with site analysis, material research, and project presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing 2D drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Rhino or Revit would be a plus. Collaboration with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project will be essential, along with staying updated on architectural trends, sustainability practices, and building codes. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and have at least 2 years of professional experience in an architectural studio or similar setting. Proficiency in design and drafting software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Suite is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative are also important. Academic or professional exposure to sustainable design practices and experience working on commercial architecture projects would be beneficial. This position is based in New Delhi and is a full-time role that requires working from the office from Monday to Saturday.
