Jr. Architect

1. Design Support

Assist Senior Architects and Designers in developing architectural design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions throughout the design process.

2. Drafting & Documentation

Prepare architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using CAD software.

Ensure all drawings are accurate and comply with project requirements and industry standards.

3. Research & Analysis

Conduct research on materials, building codes, regulations, and construction methods relevant to the project.

Analyze design options and provide well-informed recommendations to the design team.

4. 3D Modeling & Visualization

Assist in creating 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.

Support the preparation of presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.

5. Coordination & Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams such as interior designers and engineering teams to integrate their expertise into the design.

Coordinate with external consultants and contractors when required.

6. Construction Documentation

Assist in preparing construction documents including specifications, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documentation for execution.

7. Site Visits & Observation

Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Identify and help resolve any design-related issues in coordination with the project team.

8. Code Compliance

Gain knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.

Ensure that all design solutions comply with applicable codes and assist in obtaining permits/approvals.

9. Design Coordination

Support coordination of architectural designs with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and other disciplines.

Ensure proper integration and compatibility of all design components.

10. Documentation Management

Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and communication records.

Ensure proper version control and file management systems are followed.

11. Professional Development

Continuously upgrade skills through training, workshops, and learning opportunities.

Stay updated on emerging industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

12. Communication & Presentation

Effectively communicate design concepts through drawings, reports, presentations, and meetings.

Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to convey design intent clearly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
