Jr. Architect

As an experienced Architect with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience, you must possess technical knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit (mandatory), and Photoshop. Your proficiency in art and photography will be an added advantage. Your role will involve reporting to the Senior Architect and developing detailed designs of a project based on a provided basic layout, ideas, or sketch. You will be responsible for handling individual projects assigned to you and should have a good understanding of working drawings, detailed drawings, and all drawings necessary for construction purposes. Additionally, you should be capable of drafting these drawings if required. Your responsibilities will also include delegating tasks, assigning work, and providing training to Draughtsmen. You will be required to interact with vendors and contractors as needed and maintain strong relationships with the Civil Team and external stakeholders. Moreover, you will be responsible for providing the necessary drawings to the Civil Team for the projects assigned to you. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Architecture - Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit, and Photoshop - Strong understanding of working drawings and construction documentation - Ability to delegate tasks and work collaboratively with team members - Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams This role will require proficiency in MS Office, Auto Cad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and any rendering software such as Lumion.,
