Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills High School diploma/GED required. 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred. Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face-to-face. Full-time in-office availability across various shifts and holidays where supported markets are open. Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred. Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with business partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work. Effectively manage operational risk through adherence to established procedures and controls. Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate and interact with various levels and translate complex requirements into simple guidance.
