SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Manage assigned segment(s) sales activities and promote mainly segment products in a designated national geographical area or region by applying Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to promote Jotun’s products, services,s and solutions, identify new business development opportunities and maintain customer relationships in order to achieve sales targets, gross margin, DSO and targeted market shares. Responsibilities: Develop and seek new business opportunities for the local market by targeting new customers in order to increase our market share and profitability. Introduce, promote, and sell a range of segment(s) products in assigned geographical territories through regular customer visits in order to maintain good relationships and obtain market information. Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used in order to achieve the sales budget. Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate specific customer problems Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, good customer service, and achieve company goals. Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within an agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding. Execute assigned sales activities related to achieving currently assigned targets in terms of volumes and gross margins through customers by providing timely direct services to the customers in order to ensure that the company achieves overall profitability. Responsible for the market mapping and expansion in the territory by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors in order to increase Jotun's market share. If applicable, organize, develop, motivate, and lead sales teams by setting clear targets and framework, coaching, supporting, following up, and monitoring each team member in line with The Penguin Spirit to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the whole team. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by liaising with customers, processing and monitoring orders, invoices, credits and complaints to ensure accurate and efficient working procedures and high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Execute customer orders by processing and coordinating closely among the operations departments for order processing and delivery flow to ensure excellent and efficient customer service. Perform invoicing of Customers' orders accurately and efficiently and respect local laws and Jotun procedures. Coordinate the activities within the Customer Service Department, assuring that the Customer orders are processed promptly and efficiently, promoting lean solutions and best practices. Follow up on Customers' complaints to ensure they are dealt with promptly and efficiently by issuing investigation tasks followed by conclusion input and raising requests for return notes and credit notes where required. Actively handle customers' inquiries through e-mail, telephone, or face-to-face in a timely and professional manner to provide high-quality customer service. Handle customer complaints effectively by quickly understanding the issue and coming up with sound solutions to increase customer satisfaction. Verify, enter, and review system prices accurately with the customer's purchase orders and sales orders. Communicate with sales and customers to verify all details are correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders. Monitor daily follow-up of orders and change dates if applicable to achieve correct backlog and OTIF. Handle approved Sales Returns with appropriate charge information and create credit notes when required. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service team for planning the dispatch of orders as per Customer wanted delivery date. Coordinate with demand planner and Production team to arrange required stock as per the orders for dispatch. Coordinate with Warehouse Team to place the vehicle as per planned dispatch. Do the follow up with WH team till the dispatch of the orders. Ensure to give communication to Customers / Sales / CSD about orders status, stock availability. Arrange all necessary documents for dispatch of the consignments. Coordinate with Sales, Customers and WH team to complete the Sales return process and Credit Notes. All supports / efforts to achieve Service Level, above 97% OTIF. Adhere all HSEQ policies and requirements . Support the team members when and where they required.
