In this role you will be responsible for coordination, preparation and execution of overhauling of rotating equipment during turnarounds, emergency shutdowns and equipment breakdowns Further, you will support condition monitoring program (viz. vibration monitoring, oil analysis, VDL, ECM, Ultrasonic etc.) and provide technical support on rotating equipment e.g. pumps, compressors, turbines etc Additionally, you will ensure the compliance of preventive maintenance program for all mechanical equipment and support Root cause Failure Analysis related to mechanical failure of equipment Ensuring mechanical integrity compliance, managing statutory requirement and taking lead in coordinating the site activities on rotating equipment during turnaround is a part of your responsibility Moreover, you are in charge of making annual plans for OPEX & CAPEX and conducting training and development for site mechanical engineers & technicians etc Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with ten to twelve (10 to 12) years of experience in continuous process industries preferably air separation unit / petrochemical / fertilizer Strong safety awareness is a must You have hands on experience in Continuous Process Industries Working knowledge & experience in handling rotating and stationary equipment You have good interpersonal relationship in working area Knowledge of vibration monitoring systems such as Bently Nevada System 1 and turbine/compressor application will be an advantage Why you will love working for us!
