Role & responsibilities Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks across assigned regions. • Drive sales of PVC, CPVC, borewell, plumbing pipes and fittings, and bathroom accessories. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and collection goals. • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical insights to clients. • Identify and onboard new channel partners, plumbers, contractors, and hardware dealers. • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and resolve issues promptly. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and submit actionable insights. • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of sales experience in PVC, CPVC, plumbing, or sanitaryware products. • Strong network of distributors, dealers, and influencers in plumbing/construction industry. • Knowledge of regional market (Punjab & neighboring states preferred). • Ability to work independently and lead a sales territory. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned areas.
