Job Summary:We are looking for a creative, strategic, and driven Social Media Manager to lead BPA’s online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content, growing our digital community, and driving lead generation through compelling social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with campaign goals. Manage and grow BPA’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure high-quality visuals and creatives. Run paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on lead generation for real estate projects. Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategy accordingly. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active community. Stay updated with real estate and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with the sales and branding team for alignment on campaigns and offers. Coordinate influencer collaborations, if required. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management (Real estate experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools. Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English & Hindi preferred). Ability to think creatively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Understanding of real estate market dynamics will be a big plus.
