Hands-on experience with twin-screw extruders, lab testing (MFI, Color Matching, etc.). Strong analytical ability and attention to detail in formulation optimization. Capable of working in cross-functional teams (R&D, QC, Production, Marketing). Educational background in Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering preferred. Qualification : - Experienced leader in colour masterbatch development with deep expertise in pigment dispersion, polymer compatibility, and precision color matching. Skilled in managing lab teams, developing customized solutions for diverse plastic applications, and scaling formulations from lab to production.
