The Collection Cum Recovery Executive will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring timely collections. This dual-role position involves both Recovery and collections responsibilities, aimed at maximizing growth and maintaining financial stability. Collection Management: Ensure day to day collection from the allocated list of customers Recover arrear amount from the Due customers through daily visit and Call Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments. Contact clients through phone or in-person visits to remind them of outstanding dues and negotiate payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status, outstanding balances, and other relevant metrics. Resolve any issues or disputes related to payments in a professional and efficient manner. Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
