Ø Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment. Ø Managing Active Directory: User & Group Creation, management, Password, DHCP Service, File & Printer Sharing. Ø Application Support: office 365 mail, SAP, 3D tool, CrowdStrike, Matrix ,Yotta safe Intranet, Extranet, Production application & RDP troubleshooting. Ø Address users' tickets from ticketing tool regarding hardware, software, and networking. Ø Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues from various locations units. Ø Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and regularly. Ø Assist in ensuring IT security best practices, such as antivirus management, access control, and patch management. Ø Work closely with the IT team to ensure efficient IT operations.
